Privacy Notice (KVKK)

As MDT Molecular Decision Technologies Inc. (“MDT Precision”, the “Company”), acting as data controller under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we process the personal data of visitors who submit an early-access/beta program application through this website as described below.

Data processed: full name, email address, phone number, institution and stated area of interest. This data is processed solely to contact you, to run the early-access/beta program process, and to provide information you have requested.

Legal basis: your personal data is processed based on your explicit consent and on the legal ground that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, pursuant to KVKK Art. 5/2.

Sharing: your personal data may be shared with our email infrastructure provider (Resend) and cloud infrastructure providers (Cloudflare/AWS) only to the extent technically necessary to perform the service. Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights: under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data, to request erasure/destruction, and to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
